Manoj Tiwari one of the most successful actor and singer of Bhojpuri cinema. He gives new direction to Bhojpuri cinema with his film Sasura Bada Paisawala.
He followed this with the successful films Daroga Babu I Love You and Bandhan Toote Na.
As per BBC report in 2005 that Tiwari and Ravi Kishan were the biggest male stars in the flourishing Bhojpuri cinema market and that Tiwari charged around 5-6 lakh per film.
Sasura Bada Paisawala is most successful bhojpuri film of his career with this bhojpuri movie he became super star of Bhojpuri cinema.
He married with Rani but spending 11 years together, they involved in divorce proceedings in 2011.
He won the North East Delhi (Lok Sabha constituency) in the 2014 as a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate. He was head of the BJP in Delhi when the party recorded a record victory in local elections in 2017.
