TV star Shweta Tiwari is all set to tie the knot in July with her boyfriend Abhinav Kohli. They have been dating now for three and a half years. The date for the wedding is yet to be fixed though the star confirmed that it will be in July. Shweta announced the news about her marriage on the sets of reality show Jhalak Dikhlaja recently in the presence of Abhinav and her daughter Palak.
The actress said that, ““Since my grandfather is not keeping well, we haven’t been able to decide on a date. We will fix one soon. It will be a mix of North Indian and Punjabi wedding complete with mehendi, sagaai, haldi and sangeet.”
When asked about her daughter’s reaction to this news, Shweta said that they had been discussing this for four months now and she had always been in loop about it. She said that Palak was very happy as she shares a great rapport with Abhinav.
Shweta was earlier married to Raja Chaudhary and their marriage lasted for seven years. They were divorced recently after she accused her husband of domestic violence.
